Griselda Aldrete is the president and CEO of Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee (HPGM). Her primary responsibly is to work in coordination with the Board of Directors to develop and execute the vision and strategic plan for the organization. She has far-reaching experience in community leadership and outreach, financial oversight and managing day-to-day operations of complex organizations.

Aldrete received a bachelor’s degree in Criminology/Law Studies and Spanish from Marquette University, a master’s in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and a law degree from Marquette University Law School. She is a graduate of the National Hispana Leadership Institute Executive Leadership Fellowship and the Harvard Business School Executive Leadership Program, and is a proud alumna of the Future Milwaukee Leadership Program at Marquette University. Aldrete previously served as executive director of the Cream City Foundation.

Aldrete has been recognized for and received a number of prominent awards for her community service and advancement of Hispanics, including Milwaukee Business Journal's 40 under 40 Award, the United Way of Greater Milwaukee's Philanthropic 5 Award, Marquette University College of Art and Sciences’ Young Alumna of the Year, Biz Times Milwaukee’s Regional Spirit Award, United States Delegate for the British American Project, Wisconsin’s “Top 48 most powerful Latinos” list, Major League Baseball’s SEAT 21 Award, National Football League/Green Bay Packers’ Hispanic Heritage Leadership Award, Donald Driver Foundation’s Driven to Achieve Award and the Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast’s Risk Taker Award.

Aldrete currently serves on the board of directors for The Milwaukee Ballet, Milwaukee Public Schools Foundation, Pivot Milwaukee and Building Brave, and is a member of TEMPO Milwaukee. Aldrete currently serves on the advisory board for the Visit Milwaukee Multicultural Committee and is a steering committee member for Milwaukee Women, Inc. 

Kim Schultz - Director of Strategic Partnerships & Events

Kim Schultz graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2010, with a Bachelors degree in Spanish and International Studies. She spent her final semester traveling and studying abroad in South America. Before joining HPGM as Program Manager, Kim worked to expand a community health educational program, as a Program Assistant for the Southeast Wisconsin Affiliate of Susan G. Komen. She joined HPGM as Program Manager in 2013. In 2015, she completed the Future Milwaukee Leadership Program through Marquette University. That same year, she was promoted to Associate Director of Corporate Events at HPGM. In 2016, she completed the Nonprofit Board Prep Program through YLINK in Kenosha. In 2017, she was again promoted, to Director of Strategic Partnerships & Events, taking on a larger role in developing and maintaining corporate and community partnerships. She works with the President & CEO and Board of Directors to create HPGM programs, organize events, collaborate with members, explore funding opportunities, and reach strategic goals. Kim serves on the Wisconsin Humane Society Advisory Board and also volunteers in animal care at the WHS Racine campus. 

Ben Manske- Student Program Manager

Ben Manske graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in LGBT studies. He worked as a social psychology research assistant and archivist at the Jean-Nickolause Tretter Collection of Rare Books and Artifacts at the University of Minnesota, before entering the workforce with a focus on customer service management and logistics. In the fall of 2016, he was accepted into the Milwaukee Public Allies class of 2017, an Americorps program dedicated to developing community leaders and advocates for social justice. Through Public Allies, Ben joined HPGM as the Student Program Manager, where he works to build and develop student programs, engage and grow membership, and establish new HPGM student chapters on campuses statewide.

Jessica Perez - Office Manager

Jessica Perez graduated from Alverno College-Milwaukee in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.  Prior to attending Alverno College, Jessica graduated with honors from Milwaukee Area Technical College with an Administrative Assistant Associate degree and two Technical Diplomas as a Bilingual Office Assistant and Technology Office Assistant.  She has worked as a Bilingual School Secretary for Milwaukee Public Schools for the last seven years.  Prior to joining HPGM, Jessica worked for H&R Block as a seasonal Tax Associate. She is an active member of Alverno Young Alumni Club and Mexican Fiesta volunteer. Since 2016, she also serves as the Treasurer for Real Life Christian Church. As HPGM's Office Manager, Jessica supports internal operations, scheduling, website maintenance, marketing efforts while combining her strong educational background and professionalism with integrity and passion.
