What is the purpose of the new member portal?

Memberclicks, the new member portal, will be a one-stop shop for all HPGM communications, membership sign-up and renewal, and registration for programming and events.

Individual Members

I think my employer has an employer/corporate membership. How do I get connected to my organization’s membership?

If you’d like to gain membership through your organization’s corporate membership, reach out to your Latino ERG contacts or folks leading diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.  If you are unsure of your internal contact(s), please contact Amanda Holland at [email protected].

How do I login to the new member portal?

You may have a login based on your email address. Go to hpgm.org, click login, use your email address for a password reset. Still not working? Contact Amanda Holland, Senior Leader of Operations, at [email protected]

What is the difference between Community and Professional membership benefits?

Community members are our FREE membership type where you'll receive newsletters, invitations to programming and events, and complimentary registration to Mentor Mindset, Cafecito con HPGM and Book Club. Registration fees to select member experiences or programs may apply.

Professional members receive complimentary registration to our programs and events, access to our member directory, and members only offers and invitations. 

How do I know when it’s time to renew my membership?

Membership renewal dates will be visible in your profile. Members will receive renewal notices and will have the option to auto-renew so they’ll never lose access to HPGM membership benefits.

Is there a membership fee for students?

Students receive a free membership while they’re in school and have access to all HPGM programming and events at no cost. Students can register directly HERE

 

Employer/Corporate, Non-Profit & Small Business Members

I would like to explore a corporate membership for my organization. What are my next steps?

Connect with the HPGM team to discuss your organization’s goals and needs. HPGM provides various membership levels for Employer/Corporate members based on specific needs and desired outcomes. Email [email protected] to begin a dialogue.

If I’ve exceeded my allotted number of employee members, what are my options?

Organization members can ensure that all interested employees are able to access HPGM member benefits in a few ways. Corporate members can explore upgrading their membership during their next renewal period to ensure more employees can access benefits. In the interim, Corporate Members can pay an additional $100 per employee and add them onto their corporate membership. Alternatively, employees can sign up for a Professional membership.

I’m an existing Corporate Member and would like to explore modifying my membership. What are my next steps?
