Mentor Mindset is designed for individuals seeking to explore multiple mentor and mentee relationships by tapping into HPGM’s extensive network of more than 4,000 Latino professionals. Matches are created based on member goals, industry, and professional experience to foster meaningful connections.

Join us for Industry Roundtables where we’ll match mentees with industry mentors in non-profit, education, small business, and accounting/finance. Industries were selected based on member feedback and the industries most represented within HPGM membership. Connect with mentors to gain to industry insights, explore careers and build relationships with diverse professionals in your desired career.

This program is open to mentors and mentees across all industries and professional levels.
